1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your email address, username, display name, profile photo, and other profile details you choose to add.
We also collect content and activity you create in Mojtema, including posts, comments, direct messages, saved posts, reports, notification preferences, privacy settings, and interactions with other accounts.
We may also collect technical and device-related information needed to operate the service, such as push notification tokens, app version, basic device signals, crash diagnostics, and usage analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the service, personalize profiles and content, enable messaging and notifications, protect accounts, and support moderation and safety workflows.
We may also use information to improve performance, troubleshoot product issues, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and measure reliability and engagement.
3. Permissions and device features
If you grant permission, Mojtema may use the camera to capture profile or post media, notifications to deliver alerts, and location access to help attach approximate location details to content.
You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings, although some features may stop working as expected.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only as needed with infrastructure and platform providers that help us run Mojtema, such as authentication, database, storage, messaging, analytics, and crash reporting services.
Some profile information and user-generated content may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings, relationship state, and the way you use public or private features inside the app.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce platform rules, and protect users and the service from fraud or abuse.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can edit your profile, update privacy settings, manage who can message you, control who can see your posts, and adjust notification preferences inside the app.
You can also request deletion of your account from inside the app. When account deletion is completed, we remove or de-identify account data according to our retention and operational requirements.
7. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may revise the date on this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice inside the app.
